Post COVID-19 Rehabilitation Program

St. Mary Rehab is pleased to announce the Post COVID-19 Rehabilitation program in our outpatient clinic. The program offers focused rehabilitation that is individually tailored to the needs of the patients who suffered debility and deconditioning related to COVID-19 infection.

If you had a COVID-19 positive test, and suffered fatigue and debility as a residual complication from the infection, pick up the phone and call us at 912-999-7275 to make an appointment. You will be scheduled for an initial visit for which you will be evaluated to establish your rehabilitation plan of care.
